Can I order doors and drawers from you?
Yes you can. While we prefer to measure ourselves, you can also give us measurements. We need the actual cabinet size to make the process easier. Width x Height (examples: 3DB30 - 3 Drawer Base 30. W2442 - Wall cabinet 24" wide by 42" tall). We also would need the manufacturer, door style, and color. Some styles and colors are discontinued, it's possible to find a close match, but not guaranteed.
Do you sell roll trays for existing cabinets?
We can order and/or install roll trays in your existing cabinets. We can always come measure for them or you can give us the measurement, we just need the cabinet width, not the width of the opening itself.
Can you repair cabinet doors, drawers boxes, etc?
Most of the time we can repair drawer boxes and doors. There are some instances where we cannot, in which case we can usually order replacements, as well as replacement hinges and drawer glides. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT FIRST, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REPAIR IF THERE IS OLD GLUE ANYWHERE. IN MOST CASES WE CAN REBREAK IT AND GET IT BACK TOGETHER BUT THE QUALITY OF THE REPAIR IS GREATLY DIMINISHED.
How do I know what parts I need, i.e. hinges or drawer glides, etc?
Most of the time we can get a good idea of what you need if you can send us a few pictures and provide us with the cabinet manufacturer information. Otherwise, one of us can come to your house free of charge to identify what you need to replace.
What if I need countertops repaired?
This depends on the extent of the damage and the type of material. Sometimes we can repair laminate edges if the color is still available. We do not repair stone or Corian tops, but we work directly with a few local companies that do.
Can I just order one or two cabinets, crown molding, or random cabinet parts?
Yes! No job or order is too small or too big. We can install crown or light rail on existing cabinets for you as well. We also have an extensive line of cabinet inserts like trash pullouts, blind corner accessible cabinet shelving, cutlery dividers, etc.
What if I want a custom wood feature?
We would love to build you something beautiful! Many of our previous jobs include custom fireplace mantles, custom floating vanities, custom bookcases, wood accent walls, and custom wood tops/benches.
What cabinet lines do you carry?
We carry Mastercraft, Bertch, Medallion, Mantra, Crown, Diamond, and JSI. We also work with a local company, General Caseworks, that build all of our frameless European style cabinets right here in Denver.
I have never remodeled or replaced anything before. Where do I start?
We can help you every step of the way. Most remodels require a contractor, and we work with quite a few good ones. If you are just updating a space or adding to it, you probably don't need a contractor. We can help with plumbers, electricians, drywallers, etc. Our designers will work with you to plan, design, and execute your ideas and bring them to reality. What do I do if my order has wrong or defective parts?
There are a couple things to keep in mind. If you ordered parts or cabinets from us and we are not installing them, make sure to immediately inspect everything after delivery. There is a certain amount of time for us to contact the manufacturer to get parts or cabinets replaced under warranty. Similarly, if we are doing the installation, we will take care of that for you so you don't have to worry about it. In most cases, replacements can be rushed to us so your project does not get held up. Inconsistent stain, broken drawers, scratches, and other imperfections can happen on any sized job, but rest assured that we will make it right.
